Not for Tesla

These lug nuts are nice but are not specifically made for Tesla. They are too narrow for the wide Acorn type nuts on Tesla. Therefore they don't cover completely the expose metal around the lug nuts hole. I deeply regret buying them.

These lug nuts meet Tesla fitment specifications and fit OEM wheels. As we explained by email, the 7-spline version you purchased has a slimmer profile, primarily for aftermarket wheels with smaller lug nut openings where a standard lug nut and socket may not fit. On OEM wheels, this slimmer design can leave some of the metal around the openings visible.

Our standard version has a profile closer to the OEM lug nuts and may have been better suited to the appearance you wanted.

Lug nuts & socket - nice touch

The lug nuts and socket (7spline) were a nice addition to my recent snow tire & whee package. Good color match and the socket didn’t damage the colour on the nuts when installing them. Time will tell if the colour will fade, but most importantly they look good and fit nicely for now.

Tesla mobile service said these aren’t as good as oem

the mobile service tech said they have less engagement with the bolts apparently so he didn’t want to use them when swapping my wheels.

These are just as good as the OEM ones — the design simply starts the thread slightly deeper on the side, and the stud is covered, which actually helps protect it from corrosion and dirt.
