Matériel endommagé/usagé reçu

Tel que mentionné par courriel, mon colis est arrivé gravement endommagé et j’anticipais des dommages ou pièces manquantes.
Lorsque je me suis attaqué à la tâche ce weekend j’ai effectivement constaté que l’une des barres de toit était gravement endommagée et que le contenu dans la boîte semblait déjà avoir été déballé….

J hooks are short

For a Model Y. The design and functionality are great, but installation is a bit tricky. All four J hooks are the same length, although the front rubber pads are thicker. This results in the J hooks for the front crossbar having only a few threads sticking out to screw the nut onto. You'll have to push very hard on the bar and pad for the hook's threads to stick out enough so you're able to start screwing the nut; otherwise, you will strip it. The nut is made of a kind of soft metal that is easy to strip. That's what happened to me. The J hooks should be half an inch longer to facilitate installation and sturdiness because I doubt that screwing from only a few threads will be sturdy enough. We'll see with time, I guess. However, I reached customer service, and they sent me a replacement attachment kit (J hooks and nuts) in just a few days. Good service! Overall, once installed, I'm happy with the purchase.

Tesla Y roof rack

Fits nicely but very noisy above 100km. I had to remove them as it was not tolerable. Contacted customer service but did not get much help….
